I bought two of these cribs a year ago for my twin girls. 14 months later they do have some scratches (what furniture wouldln't?) but are holding up surprisingly well! My only real complaint is that the sides do not go down easily - you have to wrestle with them to get them to lower and you always feel as though you are in danger of breaking the wood if you fight with them too much. Still, I am very happy with the product for the price and I am about to purchase a third for my newest addition. ;)
